• Application form and process is now online and in digital format.
• The online link will be provided on request to the candidate (email address fhnofellowship@gmail.com)
• Please go thru all relevant information on website (esp. eligibility criteria, fellowship structure, list of accredited institutes, Path system, time line etc.) before filling the application form
• Please go thru the format of online application so you can keep ready required information at the time of form filling online.
• Please keep ready required attachments (field 65 to 70) which you will need to submit as attachment in soft copy PDF on official mail, as a part of intimation mail of submission of online form.
• For all candidates who are applying via Path A (Institute proposed), an official intimation by the Program Director of the institute to FHNO Institutional Fellowship Committee with CC to APD, Program Coordinator and the candidate, is necessary requisite.
