Dear Candidates for FHNO Fellowship,

We will like to update you for some important information.

Please visit the website link specially to know more about: Fellowship (Oral / Head Neck), Centers and their preferences, Path system, Examination process, Matching Process etc.

We will update Center List (https://fhnofellowship.org/list-of-centers.html) on September 1, 2021. It will update institute participation, availability and group choice. We also encourage you to talk to the representatives of the institute, or visit them. It will help you to select your institutes, as you will be required to submit a choice list of institutes in chronological order by September 15, 2021. A separate Google form will be circulated to note your responses online for same. 

Each accredited institute will form institutional rank order list of candidates, usually based on their review of application of the candidate and/or other information. These lists will be submitted to the Fellowship Committee prior to interviews, and will be kept confidential.

The central entrance exam will be conducted on September 25-26, 2021 at Ahmedabad. 

• Dates: 25-26 September 2021
• Venue: Tomo Therapy Building, HCG Cancer Center, SG Highway-Science City Road, Ahmedabad 380060
• Reporting time: 8 AM
• September 25, 8:30 AM onwards: Theory and Interviews
• September 26, 9 AM: Matching
• The successful candidates will be mailed / communicated after the result. They need to respond within 72 hours via a written confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise, the next available candidate on the institutional rank order list will be allotted.

Please carry:

• signed original application form.
• originals of submitted certificates with one set of self-attested copies.
• ID proof with self-attested copy.
• necessary writing stuff for the exam.
• Please reply to this mail confirming your presence for the exam. It is mandatory.
