APPLICATION PROCESS FOR FHNO INSTITUTIONAL FELLOWSHIP BATCH 2022

• Please read carefully all rules and regulations before submitting fees for the fellowship. it is non-refundable.
• The application form and process are now online and in digital format.
• The online link will be provided on request to the candidate (email address fhnofellowship@gmail.com)
• Please go through all relevant information on the website (esp. eligibility criteria, fellowship structure, list of accredited institutes, Path system, timeline etc.) before filling out the application form
• Please go through the format of the online application so you can keep ready required information at the time of form filling online.
• Please keep ready the required attachments which you will need to submit as attachments in soft copy PDF on official mail, as a part of intimation mail of submission of online form.
• For all candidates who are applying via Path A (Institute proposed), an official intimation by the Program Director of the institute to the FHNO Institutional Fellowship Committee with CC to APD, Program Coordinator and the candidate is necessary requisite.
